hardware drivers downloading

i need to download all available hardware drivers(free and nonfree)for the computers that are not connected to internet(such broadcom-wl driver)-an local repo for drivers-
now how can i acess them in group pkgs?
some of them are not in 'Hardware Support'group: (just like broadcom-wl)

is there a way to acess a full list of hardware drivers that are available in fedora and rpm fusion however?
