Dragon player & KsCD won't play disks in F16 (kde)

I installed F16 with KDE 4.7.2 about a month ago and after installing all the audio and video codecs I was able to play DVD's through dragon player and CD's through KsCD. A few weeks ago I updated Fedora 16 which gave me KDE 4.8.4 however dragon player will not play DVD's and KsCD will not play CD's.

As far as I know nothing else has been changed or removed with regards to Dragon Player or KsCD.

I did remove then re-install kdemultimedia package to see if it corrected the problem but to no avail.

HELP!

Dave

p.s. I have installed VLC to play both DVD's and CD's which works but would like to play disks through dragon player and KsCD.
