Exclamation Problem with Logitech VX Wireless Mouse

I have a strange problem with my Logitech VX Wireless mouse for some time now.

My Fedora recognize my mouse and works without problem when i restart Fedora or when i start my system after close power from PSU.

When the system start from power off from Fedora the mouse not recognized and i must to eject and re-insert the USB Receiver to work !

The problem begin some time in Fedora 16 and continue after the upgrade to Fedora 17.
