quick KDE question

Ok guys I am rocking KDE right now (fedora 17) and there is this one effect where the window moves slower than the mouse cursor when dragging.......how do I turn that off (its driving me nuts).

It appears to be the Wobbly Windows although it is inconsistent for me.

If you have a nvidia card you might want to try the proprietary drivers if you don't want to disable the effect.
