view and extract contents of an ISO file

Hi,

I have various ISO files.
I do NOT want to burn them to CDs.
I just want to view and extract the contents of an ISO file.

How do I do this?
Is there something with a GUI that will help me point-click-extract the file(s) ?

Thanks.

The only free tool I know of off hand is KISO for KDE.

Another option is to mount the ISO to a directory and browse it like you would with any other directory... mount -o loop iso9660 /path/to/image /path/to/desktop/directory
