Is Fedora replacing Red hat?
Is fedora completley replacing Red Hat? Will Red Hat exist anymore?

No, as far as I know. Red Hat focuses on servers (Enterprise Linux). Fedora is given to the community for mostly non-corporate users. In return, Red Hat gets benefit from Fedora implementations and usages in the community. But, after the introduction of Red Hat Desktop, it appears the original ideas to be a bit blurred...
