Incorrect file tree during installation??

Hi!
I'm installing Fedora Core 3 x86_64. I have choosen graphical mode for instalation. I have choosen my language (Polish), keybord type too. Then I have to select what contains the iso images of Fedora. When I'm selecting CD-ROM, an error appears, that there are no images of Fedora on a CD. When I coppied it onto my HDD and have choosen HDD during installation, if throws an error, that the files tree seems to be uncorrect for the booting cd, when I click "OK" an error appears, that the ISO file is wrong (but I'm using the same iso file to boot this instalator). What does it mean? What do I have to do?
