FC3 Dev docs?

Does anyone knows is there some kind of dev docs for FC3.....how files are structured .....where are config files.....and that kinda stuff.....there must be some kinda documents for developement of FC3.......

PS: Commercial or free..... I need it....

I've never seen a single document that described the configuration of FC3 - or any other Linux distribution for that matter. People know about it, but the information is passed-on like folklore, in isolated stories and ancedotes. And such information quickly becomes obsolete. Were you looking for a particular type of configuration file?
