Talking how to connect my roadrunner service or aol service to my fedora core 1 on my compter

i installed fedora core 1 on my computer and would like to be able to connect to the internet . I tried to config my ethl net but still im not able to make a connection to either service im new at this and need a step by step instruction on how to do this some that i can enjoy the use of my fedors core operating system.

My network card (eth0) has always been detected at install..I have roadrunner, used with FC1 - FC3. Never had to configure anything. Hook it all up and do a reboot and all should be detected...
You also might want to power off/on your Cable modem so that it will re-set.
