how do i open ports in fc 3's default firewall

hello i am roughly new to linux and was wondering why i couldnt get qtella to connect and then i tried installing apache and ran a restart and saw that it couldnt bind to 100 then i remembered when i scanned myself it showed those ports filtered.now i know what the problem is and im wondering how to open ports in the linux firewall. if someone could help me that be great oh and its the default fc 3 firewall thanxs.

Just run setup as root on the command line and go to firewall.
