Cool Needed: advansys.o i386 compiled driver

Hello. I have been trying to install Scientific Linux on a SCSI hard drive connected to an Advansys-based chipset controller (Iomega Jaz Jet PCI), but unfortunately it does not have the advansys.o driver on the CD. The Scientific Linux forum told me not to troll their forums for a solution because they are so inconsiderate as not to help a newbie like me. All I need is a compiled advansys.o driver file to put on floppy to load at the installation screen. Any help on obtaining this file is much appreciated. Thank you.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for or not but this is the advansys driver site:
http://www.advansys.com/support/index-download.htm

Also providing a link that's specific to fedora and advansys scsi pci cards maybe some of the info here will
help? http://www.city-fan.org/ftp/contrib/drivers/advansys/ Good luck

If you mean this Scientific Linux Forum I doubt it. There is no reference on the site about your question.
My experience is that they are rather helpful and friendly. But perhaps I am mistaken
