Where's the archive?

I've created an archive of a folder in my Home directory called Documents by right-clicking on the folder and selecting "create archive". The archive is called "Documents.tar.gz". The dialog box gave me no clue as to where this file is, and I can't find it! I've searched for files using Documents* and *.tar.gz but no sign! Where's it gone?

Even stranger - I've gone into a terminal, su-ed, and listed the contents of \ and there it is! Yet when I do "Find Files" from the Actions menu, and specify \, it says "no files found". Odd.

It's a little late now, but in the future run updatedb as root, then try the "Find Files" or in a terminal
Code:
find / -name Documents.tar.gz
