FedoraProject Torrent

has anyone had any success using torrents.fedoraproject.org downloading the FC4 ISOs fast? Im doing the i386 CD collection and i can upload fast as hell but im only able to download at 7kbps and it stays about there....

A friend of mine who usually does 500k on bit torrents is getting 20k doing x86_64 DVD torrent off the fedoraproject.org

Anyone else experiencing success on these bit torrents?
