Lost Icons: Where do i find them?

I was installing some Gnome artwork and afterwards some applications that use the same icons disappeared. The icons that im refering to are the ones above the application and below the various drop down menus. Here's some apps and also my settings menu.
It seems some app must have moved them someplace.

How do i get them back?
