FC4, growisofs, K3B - slow burning DVD+RW

FC4, K3B 0.11.23, growisofs 5.21, CD/DVD LG GSA 4120B.
I mostly use for burning DVD+RW, but in FC4 it is too slow. Max. speed is 1x, averige 0,7x (disks 4x). It doesn´t depend on a speed set in K3B, and the result is the same when i use growisofs in command line. Growisofs burns DVD-RW disks correctly. What could happen with DVD+RW? In FC3 it was OK.
Thank you for any advice.

Not yet tried myself, hope it will be useful.

It seem that the issue is more evident on certain burners than others: my LG 4163B does is slow as yours, but my NEC 3500A is only a little slower than usual.
