From Friday night (last time I did a yum update), my system has been running really slowly at times - taking forever to repaint the (Gnome FC4) screen, even with no application running. Looking at the /var/log/cron file, I seem to get log messages every 5 minutes.

Any idea what could be causing this, and any suggested fix (assuming it is abnormal behaviour!)?
