dhclient no verbose output?

Hi guys,

I am having trouble with dhclient on FC4 - everytime I run it, the program appears to work, however there is no verbose output to tell me what is going on. I have checked the man pages but this didn't help

Can anybody tell me where im going wrong?

Cheers,
Matt

Run:

ifconfig

before dhclient - and again after - you'll see the difference it things are working.

Open a terminal window, as su, run tail -f /var/log/messages. Open another terminal window, run /sbin/dhclient. The verbose output will appear in messages.
