help installing new d-link abapter

Hi all
I need help installing a new pci adapter im new to linux.

card i installed is a d-link dfe-530tx 10/100Mbps PCI Adapter
Operating system Fedora3

how do I add new hardware and how do i get the hardware to work poperly so i can get onto the internet????

hi. get ndiswrapper (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ndiswrapper/). i think the newest one is 1.4. find the directions on their site. its easy to do and there are many references to installing a windows driver on linux on this site. thats what i presume you need to do, unless your manufacturer makes linux drivers.

.. um.. thats what ndiswrapper does. installs windows drivers on linux.. good luck amigo.
