Bluetooth on FC4

I have a bluetooth USB device with IVT BlueSoleil software cd. I would like to transfer files from another bluetooth device(cellphone) to computer. I have fedora core 4 installed.
These are the bluez packages installed in my system
bluez-libs-2.15-1
bluez-hcidump-1.18-1
bluez-utils-2.15-7
But i couldnt find the way to configure and use it!!
I found no graphical tool for using bluetooth.
I searched the web, but couldnt find any help..

KDEbluetooth offers you all the features you'll ever need. gnome-bluetooth is pretty good too
