Sim City 3000 issue
This is really a tiny problem, but i thought i'd see if anyone knew if there is anything i can do anyway.
Thing is it that the cheat code box doesn't work for me. I'm pressing ctrl + alt + shift + c but nothing happens. Does anyone know why? And what I can do to solve it.
I mean, sometimes you just want to have unlimited funds so you can build whatever you want instead of having to get that damn budget to work, as if it wasn't enough with trying to get your own personal budget to work

Don't bother sending Loki a support email. They went out of business years ago. Best bet is to try Google and see if that helps. If you are playing the demo version, maybe cheats do not work. I do know that in the full version, ctrl+alt+shift+c brings up a text box in the upper left corner.

I just verified it on my setup, but yes, ctrl+alt+shift+c DOES work in my SimCity 3000 Unlimited (ported version to Linux, supplied by Loki). Just be sure you press those buttons in (the right) sequence, i.e., ctrl first, alt next, shift next and the "c" key as last...
With kind regards,
Eddy

Ow, I almost forgot : please play the game in "full screen mode", to avoid that X may intercept these keystrokes for his own usage ! ;-)
