FC4.2: Unable to read superblock:

I was still getting my IRQ "Nobody Cared!" errors with the 4.2 unofficial build and the 2.6.13.x kernel. However, when I bypass that with the "linux irqpoll" function I get a new bunch of errors..

Can anyone make anything of this:
EXT2=fs: Unable to read superblock ISofs_fill_Super: bread failed, dev=md1, ISO_blknum=16, block=32
Kernel Panic- not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown_block(9,1).

Thanks for any input.
