Question Booting wiht WIN XP CD

Hi,
I have installed Windows XP and Fedora 4 64 bits but now I want to chage the partitions in orther to have more space for Fedora, but I can't boot from Windows XP CD
My hard disk is a SATA Samsung 120IJ.

Any Idea? Should I boot with Fedora 4 CD and erase the partitions an then boot with Win XP CD? Will it boot when linux partition were gone?
