I have OTRS installed.
I have it to access 3 POP3 accounts.
support@emails.com
user@emails.com
user1@emails.com
All the POP3 mailboxes have queues set up in the system.
user@emails.com is set to download all the mails to the user queue.
user1@emails.com is set to download all the mails to the user1 queue.
When I generate an e-mail with in the OTRS system to send from
user@emails.com to
user1@emails.com the e-mail gets sent out and then ends up back in the user queue which is the wrong queue.
user1@emails.com is set up with the user1 queue.
Hope someone can help me out with this one.
